1. Our Commitment to User Safety
Nviron is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users.
We strictly prohibit:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming behaviour — including befriending a minor online to facilitate sexual contact or exchange of sexual imagery
- Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images
- Trafficking of a child for any sexual or exploitative purpose
- Nudity involving minors
- Sexualisation of minors — any content that portrays children in a sexually suggestive or exploitative manner
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Harassment or abusive behaviour
- Threats or illegal activity
Any violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal, and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
2. Age Restriction
Nviron is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
- Users under 18 are not permitted to create or use accounts on the platform.
- If we become aware that an underage user has registered, we will remove that account and all associated data immediately.
- The presence or absence of minor users does not change the scope of this policy — these protections apply to all users and all content on the platform.
- Age is actively verified during registration. Users must select their birth year before completing account setup. Users whose birth year indicates they are under 18 are blocked from proceeding and cannot create an account.
3. Reporting System
Nviron provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report:
- Inappropriate profiles
- Harassment or abuse
- Spam
- Exploitative or sexual content
- Fake accounts
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any unsafe or illegal behaviour
Reports are reviewed promptly. Actions taken may include:
- Warning the user
- Restricting features
- Suspending the account
- Permanently banning the account
- Reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities
4. Blocking System
Users can block other users directly within the app.
When blocked:
- Profiles are hidden from each other.
- Messaging is disabled.
- Connected users disappear from the network.
- Further interaction is prevented.
This helps users maintain control over their interactions and personal safety.
5. Content Moderation
Nviron actively works to reduce harmful content by:
- Filtering inappropriate language in compliments
- Reviewing user reports
- Removing accounts and content that violate our standards
- Restricting abusive behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates our policies without prior notice.
6. Private Messaging Safety
Users may communicate only after a mutual connection is accepted.
We prohibit in private messaging:
- Harassment or abuse
- Sexual exploitation
- Threats or intimidation
- Sharing illegal content, including CSAM
- Spam or scams
Users can report or block others directly from chat screens at any time.
7. CSAM Reporting and Cooperation With Authorities
Upon obtaining actual knowledge or a credible report of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the platform, Nviron will:
- Immediately remove or disable access to the identified content.
- Permanently suspend the account responsible for the content.
- Report the confirmed CSAM to the CyberTipline operated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at https://www.cybertipline.org.
- Report to the relevant Indian authority as required under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and/or notify the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) where applicable.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any resulting investigation.
Where legally required, Nviron will provide relevant information to law enforcement in connection with illegal activity, including child exploitation investigations.
8. Child Safety Point of Contact
Nviron has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to receive notifications from Google Play and other authorities regarding CSAE content found on the platform. This representative is responsible for enforcement procedures, content review, and taking required action.
For child safety concerns, CSAE reports, or notifications from Google Play regarding child safety matters, contact:
Email: kalpanaofficial30@gmail.com
Subject line: Child Safety — [Nature of Report]
This contact is monitored and is empowered to act on child safety enforcement procedures.
9. Self-Certification
Nviron self-certifies the following in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy:
- We provide an in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback, concerns, and reports.
- We take appropriate action upon obtaining knowledge of CSAM, including removal and reporting to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.
- We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the POCSO Act, 2012 (India).
- We have a designated Child Safety Point of Contact available to Google Play and other relevant authorities.
10. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed regularly and updated to reflect changes in applicable law or platform features.
