1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using Nviron, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Nviron.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nviron.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use Nviron, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a real individual — automated accounts, bots, and scripts are prohibited
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements.

If we discover that a user does not meet these requirements, we will terminate their account immediately.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register using a valid phone number (verified by OTP) or a Google account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at kalpanaofficial30@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person may maintain only one active account.
  • You must provide your accurate birth year during registration for age verification purposes. Providing a false birth year to bypass the age requirement is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nviron only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must NOT:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, bully, or harm any other user
  • Post, send, or transmit content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive
  • Engage in or facilitate any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexual conduct directed at or involving a minor
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or any other personal information
  • Use Nviron for any commercial purpose, including selling products, services, or soliciting money from other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data
  • Upload, share, or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Scrape, extract, or collect other users' data through any automated means
  • Misuse any feature of the app to deceive, manipulate, or mislead other users
  • Create multiple accounts or fake accounts
  • Use location spoofing or misrepresent your actual location
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or repeated unwanted contact to other users
  • Use the app if you are under 18 years of age
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law while using Nviron

Any violation of the prohibition on child sexual abuse or exploitation may result in immediate permanent account termination and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you post, upload, or transmit through Nviron.

This includes your profile photo, bio, messages, images sent in chat, and any other content.

5.2 Content Standards

All content you post must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Respect the rights, dignity, and privacy of other users
  • Not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
  • Not contain hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic
  • Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws

5.3 Profile Photo Standards

  • Your profile photo must be a real and recent photo of yourself.
  • Photos of minors, sexually explicit content, hate symbols, or images that impersonate others are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Our Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.

6. Location Usage

  • Nviron uses your device location to show you nearby users and calculate distances.
  • Location is used only while you are actively using the app — never in the background.
  • You must not spoof, fake, or artificially manipulate your location.
  • You may enable Ghost Mode from Settings at any time to hide your profile from the nearby feed while continuing to use the app.
  • Disabling location permission from your device settings will limit the nearby discovery feature.

7. Likes, Hearts, and Compliments

  • Likes allow you to express appreciation for another user's profile.
  • Hearts are a stronger form of appreciation — limited to 3 per day per user.
  • Anonymous compliments allow you to send a kind message anonymously — limited to 3 per day, with a maximum of 1 per person per day.
  • All compliment messages are screened for inappropriate language before delivery.
  • These features must not be used to harass, intimidate, or distress other users.
  • Misuse of these features is grounds for account suspension.

8. Connection Requests and Messaging

  • Private messaging is available only between users who have accepted a mutual connection.
  • You must not use the messaging feature to send spam, offensive content, unsolicited commercial messages, or any content that violates these Terms.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of any messages you send.

9. Social Media Links

  • Adding social media links to your profile is entirely optional.
  • You may toggle visibility for each social platform individually from Settings.
  • You are responsible for ensuring any links you provide are accurate and belong to you.

10. Blocking and Reporting

You may block any user at any time. Blocking prevents that user from seeing your profile, appearing in your nearby feed, messaging you, or appearing in your network.

You may report any user who violates these Terms using the in-app reporting feature. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, feature restrictions, or account termination.

Repeated misuse of the report feature may result in action being taken against your own account.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Behaviour harmful to other users or the platform
  • Creating a fake identity or misrepresenting your age
  • Engaging in or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
  • Sharing or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Illegal activity conducted through or related to the app
  • Submitting false reports or misusing safety features
  • Any reason we deem necessary to protect users or the platform

12. Third-Party Services

Nviron uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, push notifications, and crash reporting
  • Google Sign-In — as an alternative login method
  • Google Play Services — for location functionality

Your use of these services through the app is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nviron is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees that the app will be continuously available, error-free, or free of bugs
  • Guarantees that interactions or connections made through the app will be successful or meet your expectations

Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nviron and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
  • Harm arising from your interactions with other users, whether within or outside the app
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service
  • The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-generated content

Nviron is a platform for discovery and social connection. Users are individually and entirely responsible for their own behaviour, decisions, and any consequences of real-world meetings or interactions arranged through the app.

15. Safety Guidance

We strongly encourage all users to prioritise their personal safety:

  • Never share your home address, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data with other users through the app.
  • Trust your instincts — if any interaction makes you uncomfortable, block and report the user immediately.
  • Nviron does not conduct background checks on any of its users. You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Significant updates will be communicated through the app.

The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

Continued use of Nviron after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
